I was lame and didn't actually take any pictures today, so this is from Saturday's apple-picking adventure. Tonight we went to COUSINS house to have dinner and hang out. We wore beads and ate "mexican grilled cheese," also known as quesadillas. Maple and I had a vegan version made with a tofu-tomato spread. I should post the recipes here except I think if anyone knew how much tofu goes into everything we eat they would be horrified. There is sometimes even tofu in our cupcakes!
Now I'm going to make hummous for tomorrow's social thing at work (no tofu), and Sean is cleaning the kitchen and then hopefully will get to relax... Going to go to bed early tonight since we got up at 6:30 this morning.
