withholding

maple just now awoke up from her nap...while changing her diaper i was trying to query her about her nap and how she was feeling...usually responsive to such questions post nap, this time she was ignoring me as she was preoccupied with the booger that she was trying dislodge from her left nostril...thinking out loud i say, "you must be having a hard wake up, and being a bit withholding"...as i finished the diaper change, and started to get her pants back on, she pulled her finger out of her nostril victorious with the booger sticking to it, offers it to me, and declares, "see i'm not being withholding" she's two and a half years old people!!
